We - Stefan, Sarah and Marco - are your student representatives of the metallurgists. Our task is to provide you with the best possible support and services in and around your studies. We organize exciting lectures by professors and industry partners, mulled wine and spray stands for networking, jacket and t-shirt campaigns, summer and Christmas parties and much more! We stand up for your interests at the university, for example as members of the curriculum commission or other commissions of all kinds, and also support you if any problems arise during your studies.

We also offer office hours where you can find us on the second floor of the new study center. In this setting, we're happy to talk about study-related concerns or just chat over a leisurely coffee.

Of course there is also a Google Drive where you can find all documents and scripts concerning the metallurgy studies. We will gladly send you the link upon request.

To better connect us metallurgists, we have created a WhatsApp group. The invitation link was sent to you by e-mail. If you have not received it or if you are new, we will be happy to send it to you again upon request.

We offer you a small financial support when you buy a textbook, from the list below. We have selected books on basic subjects, as well as on specific subject areas of metallurgy.

After purchasing one of these textbooks, all you have to do is send us the completed form, the invoice and a confirmation of enrollment in the metallurgy program. Once all the information has been verified, you will receive the grant.
