The Department provides a great number of services ranging from maintaining our copy service, to selling the MUL-Collection, to the rental of calculators, and much more.

The tasks of this department cover many different areas. These range from looking after the ÖH photocopiers to the sale and constant expansion of the MUL collection, to scripts and calculators. Some activities are also handled by the Service Department, such as the annual mountain kit campaign. If something is not quite right, or if you have any suggestions or requests regarding the infrastructure of the ÖH, you are welcome to come by the front office during our opening hours or simply contact us using the contact details provided.

At the following times, our office staff is there for you when it comes to selling scripts, office supplies and the MUL collection, so stop by.

The Department for Service, Organisation and Infrastructure is, true to its name, responsible for all services that make everyday life at the university easier for us students. The ÖH-Frontoffice, your direct point of contact for all kinds of questions, is an essential part of this. This is also where we sell our MUL collection, which we are constantly expanding.

Our area of responsibility also includes the care and maintenance of the printer infrastructure. This includes not only the printers in the main building, but also in many other buildings:

• ZSBK
• DPE
• Mineroom
• Peter Tunner Building
• RWZ
• New study center

You can print, scan or copy at these printers at any time.

Online Services

• Print service: You can also submit your print orders via the ÖH website and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection in the front office.
• Plotting service: We also offer a plotting service via our website, simply upload your files at home and we will plot your posters.
• Plagiarism check

We are also responsible for the mobile phone charging stations and lockers. If you have forgotten your code or if there are technical problems, write us an e-mail or simply come to the front office during opening hours and we will help you!
